Fired for Being Too Pretty

I'm 20years old and I was just fired from my job. From the day I walked in(two weeks ago) I was out of place. I was bullied even on the interview. I'm Dominican and African American and have been told by several people that I'm gorgeous but I'm a really down to earth preppy girl.

I never let anyone know that I came from a wealthy family because I don't believe it should matter. I dressed nice, came in with designer bags and all hell broke loose. The women at work were brutal. They picked and probbed me about if my hair, eyelashes, handbags, and body parts were real. They would purposely spill water on my desk. They ignored my questions, and talked about me because alot the guys liked me.

One of the girls told the boss that I had missed a Saturday meeting, he fired me on the spot. He didn't like me because I was in college and was chauffeured in a Mercedes, they all were so childish. I was always professional and mature even for my age and I didn't fit in with the casual atmosphere at the call center. There were ex convicts and people who didn't even finish 8th grade.

Because I had goals, dressed well, maintained professionalsim, and didn't stoop to their level of ignornace, I was the black sheep. Now I'm a health broker, the same day I was fired I was hired at a firm in a professional environment. Any advice on how to avoid the same fate?? Should I take legal action for firing me instead of just a warning for missing ONE DAY?
