my boss

hello i am working in a a large company and the boss keeps trying to hit on me he wants me to go for dinner with him and he said that if i keep saying no he will show me hell and i am so much in need for this jod i have no idea what to do

Be careful how you record him. Different states have different laws. Find out what is admissable in court. Some recording are illegal without ones knowledge. |

do your self a favour and keep a daily diary of events, ive got a different issue at work but i kept a log of everything. |

You need to report him girl. That's assualt (I hope I'm describing this right. He shouldn't be allowed to pressure you into doing stuff like this just because you don't wnat to lose your job. If possible, speak to someone higher up the cporporate ladder at your business. You can't let him treat you like this (or scare you like this , for this matter), its just not right. Hope everything works out okay. Write me back and let me know how you're doing with this issue. |

Tell him your fiance or husband picks you up everyday and you cannot do that as it might ruin your marriage or engagement. Give him a good excuse that does not attack him document it and report it to an upper level manager preferably a women. |

get him on a recording...play it to your HR people...call a lawyer....he will be fired and you may well retire. |
