I have found that the person who handles our human resources has lied to me on numerous occasions. I feel that I am being bullied by this person. I told my boss a year ago this person did not treat me well and nothing has really changed between me and this person. If anything they had just lied to me recently again! I am not sure what to do. Should I tell my boss about this persons constant lies? Or just leave it be and deal with it?

Reply: Why not confront the lying liar? If you did it in a non-threatening and non-confrontational way, you might catch that person by suprise. Of course, you could also p.o. him/her. What's the worst that could happen? Well, I guess that would be a deal breaker. Or, would it?? If you're that uncomfortable around this person, look for another job - or find a good reason why the other person should 'leave' Document EVERYTHING so you have proof. Witnesses would be helpful too. Depending on the laws where you live, you could prove that this person is creating a 'hostile working environment', and there are laws to protect the employees from having to put up with that , day after long day!! Good luck.
