one false move and i get the sack

I've been working for just over a year on a sponsorship. My boss is waiting for one false move on my part to get rid of me. I have been in this profession for 14 yrs and never had a complaint until now. He wanted me to alter my time sheet and i would'nt. Since then a list of complaints have appeared (my co-workers just can't believe what is happening and off the record stand by me). Can anyone tell me what happens if you get the sack while on a sponsorship. Will I be deported. I am keeping a low profile at work but i am scared..Help
