I already called his boss, who talked to him and is aware of the problem but still plays it down. He is one of those bully bosses. He tries to brain wash me. I dont buy why he does it. I dont buy anything he tries to tell me. He is mean to me and yealls, he used the f word before i called on him. The other people who dont work for him but in the same building know how he is. some people are even terrified of him. How do i deal with him. Should i stand against every false thing he says to his face or ignore him and alow him to think he has total control of me. he isnt going to fire me so i was told by his boss. the new company coming in october will not hire him but will hire me. they know of him and what he does to me and i think that makes me look bad. I cant bring legal action if there was any to be taken. all i want is to show him i will not be a victim- but how- what words??? more research i guess. any advice????
