I work for a billion dollar corporation, and my boss is the worst man that i have ever met! He is always belittling us at the workplace, and stealing money out of our commissions! On a day in april 2007 i had completed a deal that earned me a 500 commission, in which i badly needed to pay some bills! i found the sheet that we fax into the corporate office to receive our pay, and the name had been changed from my name, to none the other, but my bosses, when i confronted him, he said that it was costing him money to do the deal, so he was taking the comission! Unless i allowed him to hit me with a bat on my buttocks, in front of all my coworkers, he was keeping the money. I needed the money so bad that i sucked it up, and he beat me so hard with the bat that i sustained bruising for three weeks, my wife took pictures, and wants me to file a lawsuit, since he is always cussing and belittling us at the workplace. i am now seeing a shrink due to my depression from the hostile workplace SHOULD I SEEK LEGAL HELP
