    Dating within the workplace

I am recently divorced and am now dating a man that is in a Supervisory position. He isn't my boss and I do not take orders directly from him. We each drive separately to work...take breaks apart from each other. We have worked together for over 25 years and up until recently a deeper relationship has developed. I have been the topic of gossip and his ex has filed false complaints. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Thanks...

Reply: Just to let you know I married a co-worker. We take lunch together everyday but other than that and going to and leaving from work everyday that is all the contact we really have at the office. It is a small office too.
