I was wondering how to handle someone I work with at night, he is a supervisor, not mine. We are the only 2 people in the area at night(12hour shift), his staff is in another room. He is married with children. First it was office gossip, but it has been witnessned first hand. He also brings her in the office for several hours in his cublicle several nights a week. Sometimes she brings a friend with her. It is obvious she is his girlfriend. It has become a major distraction to my work. How can this be stopped without having to involve HR services? He would probably get fired for this. Its not only a distraction, it is downright uncomfortable, and Im concerned about retrabution.
