    bully & harassment?

I need some help and advice if possible.

I asked my manager if it was possible to take 3weeks annual leave between a set period. My manager, she verbally agreed to this and marked it down on the holiday chart at work.

However 2 weeks later, did my manager call stating that I am to come back to work a week early and that she has not authorised/agreed to the 3rd week off. I personnel feel that in comparison with my other work colleagues, I am being bullied and harassed by her! The reason for this is because when they are off, she never calls them, except for when I am off. I suffer in silence because the area manager above her will always stand-by her side.

Previously, my december annual leave was carried over because my manager asked me if I could continue to work as they were extremely short staff. I agreed to work as she approved that I can have my time back in January. (I.e. 5 days annual leave plus 5 days for when worked Saturdays (all piled up). On this occasion, whilst I was off, I received numerous number of phone calls, (more than 10) from her classifying and stating that she has not allowed my time off.

Please advise of what I can do. I really do feel that I want to walk out or hand in my resignation!.
