I just started at a company and I'm the only afro american in this department. My manager is hispanic and the other two worker's are of same. I have started keeping a journal of being treated differently then the two other's hispanic workers. This manager picks at everything I do. One evening this manager had a application that needed to be processed he asked out loud, who wanted to do the app. I answered twice I do. He actually went to the first young lady and she stated she could not do it. He walked right pass me and went to the other woman and said here this is a good one. The woman he gave the application already was doing two applications. There are other incidents even worst then this one but I would like to know is this discrimination.
