    Unethical Boss

I have a problem with my direct supervisor and a few others on our management team. I have found that three individuals are very unethical. They gossip about their employees, lie when asked questions, and work to undermine my authority. I am a departmental Trainer, and I am responsible for ensuring the training of all new employees. In addition, I act as a resource for the department employees. I have been working on moving into another position, ie supervisory, but as of yet have not found the type of position I feel my job skills would be best suited for. I have tried explaining when behaviors or falsehoods make me uncomfortable, and that it isn't right to treat the employees in this mannor. Yet they continue to act in this way.

Any advise on how to handle these individuals?

Reply: you are too nice to be a supervisor.supervisors are liars schemers insecure 2faced cannibals only wanting a job that does not require work.but that is what they get paid for.look past that .unless you can handle the hatred and insecurity of being in charge.
