Just read the article. I recently quit a job due to this type of harrassment, and now the states' unemployment division is questioning why I "quit" the position without notice...I am hoping with documentation from your articles I can substantiate the situation while I seek a workplace who is respective of my talent.

An annoying co-worker always pretends to clear her throat in front of my cubicle, immediately she kind of showing off to other co-workers. She can repeat this annoying action more than ten times a day. I have confronted her with her boss' presence, as expected, she totally denied it. Due to my complaints, she has worsened it by doing it more and even invite her gang to do the same thing. Now I kind of imune to it. I enjoy my work so I am not going to sabotage my work because of some psycho who are likely not satisfied in bed and tried to blame some victims at work.
