I have been at my job for 7yrs now, the dept. i'm in now i've been here for 3yrs as of last thursday. Since i've been in this dept. My day to day tasks have been difficult to say the least i enjoy what i do i do not however enjoy the two other colleagues that i share my work load with,i had to be trained on certain software programs and with that said when you come into a dept where your colleagues are salty about having to train you it is difficult to grasp the task at hand with the tension and innuendos placed in front of you. Every day before i come to work i pray i feel like if i dont center myself spiritually i will say something that will cause me to lose my job. We all have personal issues at home that we have to deal with, So coming to work to deal with a stressful situation every single day is taking its toll on me sometimes i feel sick to my stomach (literally) and i know it's due to the anticipation of the catty behavior i have to endure. I'm venting and also looking for a solution i need my job with the economy the way it is i dare not quit. My director acts like she has binders on and will not recognize the blatant nit picking, i have reported some incidents to HR and to no avail i'm really starting to believe that the main culprit has a relative or dirt on someone high up in the ranks for her to continue with her behavior one minute she looks like she's giving it a rest and then BAM she's at it again. I'm so frustrated i dont know what to do........
