    Out of My League

Okay, I have been in my position for roughly 4 months. I was hired along side another lady who applied for the same position as myself. Though we both were hired for two different positions, we are compared ALL the time. Today I had my fill and confronted my boss on the issue. Could someone tell me whether this was wise, and what I could to better the issue if speaking on this issue was wrong, and how to stand out?
