    "In the recent case of Thompson v. Tracor Flight Systems, Inc., another state appellate court concluded that subjecting an employee to a continuous pattern of “severe verbal abuse” could constitute a “constructive discharge” and therefore amount to a wrongful termination, particularly when it was done in retaliation for engaging in protected conduct which included assisting other employees in obtaining pregnancy leave and the proper amount of pay."
