    Nasty winery customer.

I had the displeasure of servicing a nasty winery customer today. I'm a trucker that hauled wine in barrels delivering them from one location to another. Workers at the loading end were angry when I picked up the wine. At thr recieving end, one of the owners son was even nastier. There was a mishhap en route. Two barrel fell against the side and leak a little wine. Only a miniscule lost. I had to endure two hours of verbal abuse while the situation is remedied. In the book, "The Power of Nice", a businesses with such nastiness should be exposed, so potential patrons can choose to do business with them or not. Where can I rate such businesses?
