    what should i do

I have a situation at work i no longer know what to do i have a coworker that continually talks negative to me always tells me i am doing things the wrong way (if it isn't done her way its the wrong way) is always very short with me and thinks she is perfect and makes no mistakes and gets angry and upset when a mistake is found that she made(most of which she knows how to cover up/correct without anyone knowing) I have gone to my supervisor with no affect and even to her supervisor and i was told that they know there is a problem but that i need to learn to shrug it off. She doesn't talk to me unless it is harsh. I thought at first it was just me but 4 other coworkers have witnessed and can't believe nothing is ever done im not sure how much longer i can take shrugging it off. I was told that i could file harrassment but thats not me i dont like to make waves and i get along with everyone else with no problem what can i do im at my wits end i love the job and don't want to leave but not sure i can take her much longer
