I have been harrased by a worker since his first day. It started by him cutting in front of me, taking tools that i was just about to grab. followong me, comning back to use a computer several times a day, when he was at one he could use. then he started bumping into me wiht carts. he mocks me tells people i am rude and lazy. managements solutions to this after i compained several times about this, the person even admitted to bumping into me with carts onl purpose. Was that if I complained it will go into my record as a discipline problem. I had to go to a meeting with my superviso and his supervisor and the co worker. It was just a meeting for the coworker to bash me. say he thought i was lazy didnt do my job right i was rude to every one he didn't like me and such like that. I didn't say anythign like that i just wanted him to stop bothering me and to leave me alone. well guess what it stills happens i hate go to work and seeing this person. he intimidates me and there is nothing i can do about it yesterday one person asked me if he is still pushing my buttons because the coworker was gossiping about me. help what can i do.
