    (Non-Porfit) Employer changing timesheets to avoid paying overtime

    Help my current employer has a unwritten rule that anytime part-time employees work over 40 hours in a week that any additional hours over 40 be added to next weeks time sheet or give me a day off. I don't think this is fair and it is hurtin my familiy finances. Is this legal.
