Dear Sir, I am from bangalore,My name is ***** as i work for a company which are into technology sale,i did my graduation in village that is wat i am not good in english(Speaking).Ijust need a help from your side like how to deal with my coworkers if one are not a good performer.here i feel like i am not mentally strong when it come to i am in office(Suppose if i am @ home my personality will be totally difrnt).Please let me know to make myself fully confident infront of my coworker what best you can suggest me
