help needed

Hi

I am having some problems with the people that I work with. I have been told to keep a diary of the situations that I face at work for example there are too many bosses so I follow one instruction by one worker then another states do it another way. I am really fed up with situation.

I would be grateful if someone could tell me what to write in the diary.
