Bad Boss

After 25 yrs & my company, I have 2 new female empolyees that are younger. I am manager but they seem to try all the things to get my job.... You can't imagine all the suck up going on... It's making a problem for me.. I know that someone has the same thing happening , want to share comments & mabe help each other??????
