I work as a hairdresser in a buzy salon. I work with 7 girls between the ages of 23 to 54. A couple of the girl there i dont seem to get along with. One of the 2 girls i just mentioned is an ( opener, closer manager).. This girl is very rude to me giving you an example,..today i cut a lady's hair wen i finished i was drying it with a defuser to show client how curly her hair can get just by putting a hair product. My co_worker comfronts me in front of another client telling me that the next time i defuse her hair i need to charge her..Now my co_worker didnt have to comfront me in front of a customer. But shes ruthless like that..This is not the first time she does this...What should i do?

Reply: hey, I know that bossy and outspoken coworkers can cause stress especially if they have bad manners...I put up with bullying on and off...have been reading up on it...I think you could try and talk to that girl on the side and just tell her that when she has advice for you, to please mention it when you are inbetween clients or at the end of the shift....if that does not work read up on advice on dealing with workplace bullies, if you think she might be one ....but sometimes people just like their opinion to be acknowledged to see if you respect them...good luck
