    Hello,

If anyone has any advice on this subject I will welcome what ever you can offer. About a year ago the Assistant Manager of the company I work for stepped down because she didn't want to deal with any of it any more. So I was promoted (yay) however, she has major control issues and is extremely sensitive about EVERYTHING. She watches everything that I do, questions everything that I do. Talks over me, undermines me and talks badly about me in front of other associates ( "Well she was supposed to get this done and she didn't, I'm not doing it for her" etc.) Always wants to talk about her "feelings" and oh, did I mention she is also still best friends with my boss?? I really don't know how to handle this. I am constantly wondering if Im doing something wrong when she is around when in fact I should feel like I am in charge ( which I technically am) I have been ignoring it but now I don't know if that's the road I should take or not. HELP!
