    Hello,

I have worked at the same place over 9 years. I also have a learning disability. I’ve enjoy working there and learning new task everyday. I love to learn.

There is this one co-worker who dislikes me for no reason at all. I’ve heard from another co-worker that he doesn’t like me. I also can feel that vibe in the workplace. I know I’m nice and quiet. I’ve never had anyone who is so rude and so mean to me before.

1: He complains about how bad I do there. (This gets to me)

2: If I need help and he just walks away and helps someone else and I get way behind on my job that has to get out. (not a team player around me)

3: I know he talks about me and sometimes he will clear his throat when I come near.

4: He will not talk to me. He will not joke or look at me. He will joke and talk to everyone else in the workplace as if I’m invisible. If I join a conversation with another co-worker and him and he will shut up and act like I'm not even there.

5: If a costumer comes in a deliver things and picks on me (playful kindly) and he gets very annoyed. He hates my parents choices in cars. I don't thinks he wants me to work there at all. :(

Would you call this bullying? Harassment? What should I do about this? Should I let this go?
