CALLING ALL MANAGERS, SUPERVISORS AND BUSINESS OWNERS

I've been reading the posts on this site for about a year now, and not one has been from someone in a position to stop the abusive behaviors between co-workers. Are there any Human Resource Managers out there willing to speak up and let readers know if this behavior has caused a business any losses, as in money, from law suits, excessive sick call-ins? Employees quitting in droves? Come on top dogs, speak up and out. This is your web-site too. So far, it doesn't look like anything matters to those who can hire and fire, other than the companies 'big bottom line'.. $$$. Who's got the guts. We're waiting for answers and suggestions! Readers, feel free to chime in. The odds are slim to none that any of the higher-ups will respond. Silence speaks volumns.
