    Bullying and harassment

After a disagreement with a coworker I have been targeted by a whole dept with behaviour that reminds me of our disagreement and conversations that we have had. It is all a sublte way of harassment. I have had two months off work and needed to apply for a new job. I have also been diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. The other workers all seem to think it is a great joke and great gossip to continue to see if they can upset me. The guy is claiming I harassed him. It has cost me over $1000 in psychological EMDR treatment. The guy still is at work gloating like a rock star - how come he says he was harassed.
