I believe anouther reason i keep making so many mistakes is because of the pressure and the negativity given out by him he is realy negative towards other people aswell and barely ever positivly praises people. Im only 18 and this is my first job ive ever had im really getting down about his attitude towards me and other collegues im wondering if hes acctualy allowed to make remarks like that to people and if not what can i do about it? i dont want to go to any other managers at the store as i dont believe they would back me up on it and none of them were there at the time, i have though about writing a letter direct to the franchisee in a hope it will promt him into action?
