    Controlling Co worker

Help! I need some advice! I've been at my new job for 6 months. Before that I worked part-time. I knew my co-worker as a part-timer. We got along great and she wanted me to be her co-worker. Her other co-worker didn't help much. I got right in and dug my heels in, trying to help her. All the sudden, she won't let me have any extra work. All I get is my daily work and if it's a slow day, I have nothing to do. She keeps ALL extra projects even though she can't get them done. She is also hoarding office supplies. It's almost like she's trying to control EVERYTHING. The other day a supervisor came in and she was with a customer so he laid a package on my desk. As soon as he left..she marched in and snatched it. It's hard to describe...but it was like she was saying 'that's mine!" The package was actually for both of us. She looked at it then laid it back on my desk. She's always pleasant and a good person, but it's almost like she has a big need to control. Like she's afraid I'll get ahead of her? Help..it's making me miserable.
