    Bullying Director

I have a problem in that I am being bullied by the Managing Director of a UK Company. The Company is a subsidiary of a European Company. I am constantly critisised for my performance (Accountant) depite having many years of succesful audits and meeting all parent companies deadlines. It seems that any incidents that occur that are not to his liking are miraculously my fault, even when this is patently not the case.I could go on and quote many examples but this would take too long. I am now suffering with the anxiety for my future with the Company. I am not the only one he bullies but am certainly a target at the moment. Unfortunately as the head in the UK I do not have any one at a higher level to intervene. Where do I go from here as he is vindictive and bears a grudge for long periods. It feel like a hopeless sitution.

Reply: i don't know all your details? Who does this person answer to? who reviews his job performanc?do you think his/her behavior is "erratic" that it should be reported to the appropriate dept as you are concerned how this person's behavior may affect the company? the best defense is a good offense.
