I work for a major corparation and I am being teased and taunted by my co-workers. I have gone through the proper channels but all they do is send out an e-mail about respect and responsilibty, this has been going on for 3 to 4 yrs. I have no HR, it is located at corp. head quaters. How can I find out what my rights are and were I can find state (michigan) laws on this matter? I can't just walk away I would lose 25 to 30 grand a year, all other jobs in my area are half of what I make. Someone please point me in the right direction before I lose it.

Reply: I would suggest that instead of talking to your superiors, email them that how you feel about the whole situation and how you have been harrassed and put down. Povide them with the examples. CC a higher authority on your email and also include in your email that if no action is been taken, you would go to the police. Try to get an email of your HR's senior authority for example a director or assistant director and CC that person to on your email. You have to include now right people and get everything in writing. I hope this helps.
