Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Why was WorkWorries.com launched?
Difficult people at work such as bad bosses, difficult co-workers and problem employees constitute a wide-spread and costly problem. Our purpose is to help people and companies protect themselves against difficult people at work by providing constructive, balanced and pragmatic news and resources and by providing a discussion forum where they can safely raise questions, discuss issues and get input from others. WorkWorries.comis not a showcase for inappropriate or unethical tactics for revenge. It's not a place to make specific comments about people or organizations. It's not a site for bitching and whining, and inappropriate humor. It's not for people who won't accept their responsibility to analyze and understand their current situation and to develop a plan to improve it. Overall, this site can help reduce the costs of difficult people borne by the people who work for them, their companies and shareholders.

What exactly is RSS, and how do I go about setting it up?
RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a way to view a summary of the latest
content from all your favorite web sites without having to go to each site. An
RSS "News Reader" periodically checks your favorite "RSS Feeds" and presents
them to you with links to the original articles. Thousands of web sites already
syndicate their content via RSS, and more are jumping on the bandwagon every
day. There are dozens of different news readers to choose from, or you can use a
web based news reader such as
BlogLines. You can
usually recognize an RSS feed on a web site by a link or small button labelled
RSS or XML. For more information on RSS, take a look at
